Frequently Asked Questions
TO REQUEST A QUOTE:
- Complete the Quote Form.
- Your Quote Response email will arrive within two (2) business days.
TO ORDER:
- Approve your Quote Request by replying to your Quote Response email.
- Once approved, you will receive a PayPal Order Invoice detailing your order.
- Payment is required in full prior to shipping, including tax where applicable.
- Your order will be placed and shipped to you, upon receipt and clearance of payment.
TO SUBMIT PAYMENT:
- Click the link within your PayPal Order Invoice to make a payment.
- If you would like to pay without setting up a Paypal account, please click on the link at the bottom of the invoice that states -
"Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)."
- NOTE: We DO NOT sell or give out customer information, including e-mail addresses to any third parties.
TO REQUEST A "CUTTING FOR APPROVAL":
- You may request a "cutting for approval" to be forwarded to you after your order has been placed and before manufacturer ships out your goods.
- This "cutting" will come directly from the bolt of fabric that will be shipped to you. This will allow you to confirm color and texture.
TO FILE A CLAIM:
- Defective merchandise MUST be reported within 30 days of shipment.
- Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
- Fabrics may be opened but not cut in order to be a valid return.
