TO REQUEST A QUOTE:

  • Complete the Quote Request Form.
  • Your quote response email with discount pricing will usually arrive within 1 business day.
  • Quote requests received after business hours PST or after manufacturer hours EST will be responded to by the next business day.
  • We typically respond to all available quotes the same business day.

TO ORDER:

  • Submit a quote or give us a call.
  • Contact us toll free at 877 420-8609
  • Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. American Express accepted thru PayPal only.
  • Payment is required in full prior to shipping, including tax where applicable.
  • We offer Free Shipping on most orders over a certain dollar value.
  • Your order will be placed and shipped to you upon receipt and clearance of payment.
  • Note: We DO NOT sell or give out customer information, including e-mail addresseses to any third parties.

TO REQUEST A "CUTTING FOR APPROVAL":

  • You may request a "cutting for approval" to be forwarded to you after your order has been placed and before manufacturer ships out your goods.
  • This "cutting" will come directly from the bolt of fabric that will be shipped to you. This will allow you to confirm color and texture.

TO FILE A CLAIM:

  • Defective merchandise MUST be reported within 30 days of shipment.
  • Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid.
  • Fabrics may be opened but not cut in order to be a valid return.
